Katherine Jackson may have suffered a legal blow over some jokes her son Michael told years before his death -- specifically, that he didn't want to be a crotchety old moonwalker.
We've just gotten our hands on a portion of a transcript from Katherine's deposition in her wrongful death case against AEG Live. Katherine says she was surprised when Michael agreed to do the "This Is It" tour because "he was always making a joke about he don't want to be doing the moonwalk on stage when he's 50 years."
Katherine's video deposition was just played for the jury.
Joke or no joke ... you can bet AEG is going to use this to convince the jury that Michael's shelf life as a performer was limited. Translation, he wouldn't be making a lot of money by doing concerts.

First off Michael Jackson told Kenny Ortega that he did not want to do it knowing he couldn't do it with the same integrity he was known for. Michael Jackson was such a perfectionist and that's was the only reason. But Michael Jackson was EXCITED and ENTHUSIASTIC to do the This Is It Tour as also the emails from Kenny Ortega widely show. He wanted to do it for himself, for the fans, for his chidlren, he wanted them to see what he was doing, and wanted to fix his accounts too. He wanted to buy a home for his children because did not want them to stay in hotels, even if luxury. Now all of a sudden greedy unnatural mother Katherine was so surprised that he wanted to do the Tour, are all CRAPS !!!! And her playing the grieving mother is just part of the game to get AEG's money. She ALSO couldn't care less about Michael's health but only about money she could grab from him and WIDELY showed it, and now she is exploiting his children!!!! As well as are just CRAPS that he wouldn't be making a lot of money from the concerts because only the tickets went SOLD OUT INSTANTLY when the sale JUST started. AEG will use this ONLY to avoid in any way to pay off as they DO know Michael Jackson was going to do a lot of money and so them, not by chance Randy Phillips ignored the warnings by Kenny Ortega that Michael was not well and told him even that murderer was a good doctor and he trusted him, because he's a money-hungry who just wanted to make money from Michael Jackson and to him was enough that murderer made sure that he could perform, no matter what. AEG did not know about propofol but in case they had known it, would have made NO difference. Both sides are disgusting with no morality and no shame.
