An associate of Aaron Hernandez is now officially wanted in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd ... and police just blasted his face and name out to the world on a wanted poster.

Police believe 41-year-old Ernest Wallace was one of two other men in the car with Hernandez on June 17th ... when Lloyd was shot and killed. Wallace is wanted as an accessory after the fact in Lloyd's murder.

Police say he is armed and dangerous.

The other person in the car, Carlos Ortiz, was arrested Wednesday in Hernandez's hometown of Bristol, Connecticut.

According to the poster ... Wallace also goes by "BO" and "Fish." Police say he was last seen driving a silver/gray 2012 Chrysler 300 -- and is now most likely in Florida, Georgia, Connecticut or Massachusetts.

Alec Baldwin -- who puts Paula Deen to shame in the bigotry department -- again showed his true colors with a hate-filled tirade that targeted gays.

A British reporter wrote a story that Baldwin's wife was tweeting recipes and other things during James Gandolfini's funeral.  The actor went nuts on twitter, claiming the story was false.  Nothing wrong with that.

But then Baldwin played his go-to homophobic card -- he's done it before --  tweeting that the reporter was "a toxic little queen."  Baldwin continued, "If (sic)  put my foot up your f***ing ass, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much."

"Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl tells TMZ ... he's glad he was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold earlier this month after being taken to an L.A. hospital because he needed the help.

The 33-year-old actor was hanging out in L.A. when he explained why he needed to be hospitalized on June 17. 

When asked how he felt about being placed on an involuntary hold -- Stahl replied, "It was helpful."

Stahl -- who's struggled with substance abuse in the past -- tells us he's picked up several hobbies to keep himself on the straight and narrow ... and wants to focus on keeping his mind strong as well as his body.

Wade Robson has outlined the sexual molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, claiming MJ molested him in various ways from February 4, 1990 and 7 years thereafter.

The documents -- obtained by TMZ -- are heavily redacted.  In one section alone, 7 lines of alleged abuse are blacked out.

Wade's lawyer claims after MJ's first accuser -- Jordan Chandler -- made allegations against MJ, Michael started calling Wade and "brainwashed him into being a good soldier."

According to the docs, Michael would role-play with Wade, saying "They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff.  We never did any of that, right?"

In another role-playing session in 2005 - during the molestation trial -- Michael allegedly told Wade, "They are making up all these lies about you and I, saying that we did all this disgusting sexual stuff.  They are just trying to take us down, take away my power and my money, take away our careers.  We can't let them do this."

The docs also describe the incident reported by a former housekeeper during MJ's 2005 criminal trial -- when she testified that she walked by Michael's shower and heard him playing with "little Wade." She said she saw two pairs of underwear outside the shower -- one was MJ's, the other was a "little boy's neon green pair."

A gigantic loan has been taken off Jason London's shoulders ... he won't serve any jail time for his drunken antics in a bar, which he followed up by dumping a gigantic load in the back of a cop car.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Dazed and Confused" actor was popped in January in one of the most epic arrests ever, after getting into a drunken brawl outside the Martini Ranch in Scottsdale. According to the police report, London crapped himself in the back of squad car ... intentionally.

London was in court Friday and plead GUILTY to disorderly conduct.  In return, the assault charge was DROPPED ... just like the pile he left behind.

London was ordered to attend an alcohol treatment program and pay $118 in court costs.

Jason was left pretty beat up? from the incident -- with multiple fractures to his face -- which required surgery.

Rick Ross has just been sued for being so sophisticated ... he forgot to pay a nearly $90,000 bill for three Rolexes he bought last year -- this according to a new lawsuit.

Johnny's Custom Jewelry in Texas filed the suit against Ross and his company Maybach Music, claiming the rapper agreed to purchase 3 diamond Rolexes last August for a total of $89,847.50.

According to Johnny's, the Rolexes include one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000).

Johnny's says it held up its end of the bargain -- delivering the watches as ordered -- but Rick still hasn't paid for the bling. Johnny's wants the rapper to cough up the owed money stat, plus interest.

Calls to Rick's people weren't returned.

Then adds, "I don’t quite understand how you would feel you would have the moral authority as the head administrator in this city to oversee employees when your standard of conduct is so much lower than the standard of conduct that’s expected of us."

But Andrea argues in docs ... she shouldn't be punished for Chad's screw ups, clearly stating that his money problems ARE his fault, explaining, "he sabotaged his own earning ability through his conduct and criminal behavior."

Translation: The head-butting, domestic violence arrest (the catalyst for his $$$ woes) was Chad's doing ... and Andrea doesn't want her support cash to be collateral damage.

She's asking a judge throw out his request.

Now, after just about every company connected to Deen jumped ship ... QVC has sheepishly made its move ... announcing Paula will not appear on any upcoming broadcasts ... for now.

In fact, the head of QVC released a statement saying, "Some of you may wonder whether this is a 'forever' decision – whether we are simply ending our association with Paula. We don’t think that’s how relationships work. People deserve second chances. And we always strive to do the right thing."   One question:  Huh?

For her part, Paula released her own statement regarding the QVC split, saying, "As you know, I have some important things to work on right now, both personally and professionally. And so we’ve agreed that it’s best for me to step back from QVC and focus on setting things right."

Our sources say she booked a one-way ticket and has no return date set (yet), but hopefully it's before she's scheduled to film.

It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.

During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."

TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

Stahl was taken into custody -- along with the other individuals.

We're told police actually went to the motel to conduct a parole compliance check on one of the people Stahl was hanging with this morning.

Wrong place, wrong time for Stahl ... who's battled drug addiction for years.

Just yesterday, Nick told us he was happy he was placed on a 5150 hold earlier this month -- because it helped straighten him out.

Amanda Bynes has CANCELLED the hearing she requested today to get out of the psych ward, because she wants the meds to kick in before making her case to the judge ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda had requested a hearing for 2 PM today at the psychiatric hospital where she's being treated, arguing that she's being held illegally.  A judge decided Thursday that the psychiatric hold would be extended for another 2 weeks.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Amanda and her lawyer agreed that the evidence they had planned to present today was basically the same evidence she presented yesterday, when she lost. 

We're told Amanda asked for another hearing in a week.  Now this is important ... we're told Amanda and her lawyers believe the medications she's getting now may improve her condition and that would allow her to make a more compelling case for freedom.

The fact that Amanda believes the meds may help her seems to be a big step forward -- up to now she's refused to acknowledge she has a mental illness.

The hearing is set for August 1.

Translation: Kim knows she's pregnant, and smoked anyway.

And it's not even the first time -- back in 2010 Kim was photographed smoking while pregnant with her 4th child ... but insisted she didn't know she was pregnant at the time.

Not fun facts: Research has shown smoking while pregnant carries HUGE risks such as miscarriages, premature births, low birth weight, and sudden infant death syndrome.

Amanda Bynes: LET ME OUT!!!

Amanda Bynes will not go down without a fight ... because her lawyer just filed legal docs asking for an emergency hearing to let her loose from the psych ward ... TMZ has learned.

Amanda's lawyer just filed a motion asking the judge to release her from the 2-week forced hospitalization a judge approved Thursday.

There will be a hearing before a judge at the psych ward today at 2PM PT, challenging yesterday's 2-week extension, and Amanda will be present.

Meanwhile Amanda's parents showed up in court this morning in their attempt to win a temporary conservatorship, but they got shut down -- at least temporarily.

The judge said there was no need to rush things because Amanda is already being held for 2 weeks.

The judge wants certain things to happen before he rules on a conservatorship:

 -- He wants a one-on-one with Amanda.

-- He wants the lawyer he appointed to rep Amanda to interview her and then come up with a recommendation.

-- He wants to hear from Amanda's doctors.

-- He wants to see the police file on "the incident" -- sources have told us the incident in question is the driveway fire.

A hearing for the conservatorship was set for August 9.

He added, "I was already relaxed, tanned and ready to go.”

Before Gary flashed the family jewels for the shoot 2 weeks ago in Miami ... he says ESPN treated him like a king and provided a serious spread of his fav foods -- including crudités, fresh fruit, hummus, salad, and herbal tea. No wonder GP's in great shape.

As for the whole naked thing, Gary says it didn't bother him one bit -- "I was relaxed and confident in my own skin to do this."

You Weren't the Only One Stiffed On Wedding Day "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes is being sued by her "celebrity wedding planner" -- who claims NeNe racked up a MILLION DOLLAR bill for her big day ... and never paid, TMZ has learned.

The woman going after Leakes is Tiffany Cook -- who claims NeNe hired Dream Design Weddings to coordinate the party for her marriage to Gregg Leakes on June 22, 2013 ... a wedding that will featured on a Bravo TV special in September.

In her suit, filed in Georgia, Cook claims Leakes promised to pay her 15% of the entire wedding budget PLUS fees design and execution of the wedding PLUS travel expenses to the event.

In total, Cook claims NeNe's budget for the wedding was $1.8 MILLION!!!!!!!!! And Cook claims she was due $270k (the 15%) PLUS another $889,900 (design fees) PLUS $1,750 (4 coach tickets from Florida to Georgia).

Cook claims NeNe did fork over the initial down payment ($18,750) ... but she hasn't seen a penny since -- and is suing for the remaining $1,142,900 balance ... PLUS damages.

In total, Cook -- who also put together Kordell Stewart's wedding to Porsha -- wants more than $2.5 MILLION for her troubles.

How's THAT for a wedding gift???

A rep for NeNe tells TMZ ... Cook was NOT the wedding planner, it was a man named Tony Conway, who made Nene's wedding spectacular.

The rep adds, "This lawsuit has no merit and it appears to be a baseless attempt to grab 15 min of fame."

Duff was leaving Aventine in Hollywood when an overzealous and underbalanced photog tried to get in position for a shot ... and wound up flat on his back.

You gotta see Hilary's post-fall commentary, which included gems like ... "exciting" and "pretty awesome."

She's right.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Aaron Hernandez taken on June 15 ... hours after the alleged nightclub fight with Odin Lloyd that prosecutors believe led to his murder.

The photo of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was snapped at a Marshall's in Massachusetts on June 15th, two days before the shooting death of former semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd ... whom Hernandez has been charged with murdering in cold blood.

Hernandez posed with a fan for the photo -- and his expression is peculiar ... mainly the smile, which feels very forced. Maybe Hernandez was just having a rough morning, or maybe he was thinking about murdering someone ... hard to tell.

And speaking of cold blood, check out Hernandez' t-shirt ... a very interesting choice.

Hernandez was shopping with his fiancee at the time of the photo. His 8-month-old daughter also came along.

Daymond John and Robert Herjavec, two of the money guys from “Shark Tank” are at the center of a massive $50 million lawsuit ... involving a pissed off "shark" wrangler, TMZ has learned.

A Personal Injury lawyer in Florida – Bobbie Celler – claims he hired John and Herjavec as experts to speak at an upcoming event called the "Shark Tour" -- an expo for people trying to start their own businesses.

In his lawsuit, Celler says John and Herjavec pulled out of the event just one month after they signed contracts to appear. -- and Celler says he smells something fishy.

According to the suit, filed in Florida, BC is convinced Daymond and Robert were coerced to withdraw because of “internal pressure” from Sony Pictures Television, one of the companies that produces “Shark Tank.”

Celler -- who says he's in the process of securing a trademark for Shark Tour -- suggests Sony meddled with the deal because it doesn't want anyone to think the Shark Tour is in any way affiliated with "Shark Tank."

Celler is NOT suing Daymond or Robert -- instead, he's going after Sony for tortious interference with a business relationship ... and he wants $50 mil to make things right.

We've reached out to the sharks for comment -- along with Sony -- so far, no one's talking.

Michael Jackson was a loving father who cared deeply for his 3 children ... and they suffered an immeasurable loss when he passed away -- at least that's what Jackson family lawyers tried to show in court with MJ's own candid home videos.

The videos -- both shot by Michael -- were played for the jury in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.

The first was shot on Christmas Day in 2006 ... when Prince was 9, Paris was 8, and Blanket was 4.

It's pretty touching -- Michael asks each of his children what they want to be when they grow up, and he really does sound like a caring father.

The other clip was shot years earlier -- when Prince and Paris were both toddlers. It's clear from the footage they both adore their dad, calling themselves "daddy's baby."

But at LAX yesterday, Cannon told us it's gonna take some divine intervention to save his friend.

"She's in my prayers," Cannon told TMZ ... "I'm praying for her. That's all you can do."

CM Punk's legal wish has been granted -- a judge has issued a 2-year restraining order against the WWE superstar's estranged mother after she allegedly bombarded him with threats, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Punk filed legal docs in Illinois claiming his mom threatened to commit suicide several times after he stopped giving her money to pay for her living situation. Punk also claimed his mom had threatened to expose humiliating secrets from his past.

Punk had already received a temporary restraining order against his mom -- but today, the judge decided to extend the order of protection for 2 years.

Punk had asked the court to also ban his mom from WWE wrestling events -- but it's unclear if the judge signed off on that request as well.

Paula Deen can't apologize enough to stop the bleeding -- Kmart and Sears are now cutting ties with her in the wake of the n-word controversy ... TMZ has learned.

Sears Holdings -- owner of Sears and Kmart stores -- tells us, "After careful consideration of all available information, we have made the decision to phase out all products tied to [Paula Deen's] brand."

But the retail giants -- which carry Deen's cookware and dishware lines -- seem to be guilty of a little fence-sitting, because they added ... "We will continue to evaluate the situation."

Yesterday Home Depot, Target, and QVC also jumped ship ... following the Food Network's lead.

Amanda Bynes left a trail of destruction at the Ritz-Carlton in NYC -- days before she was taken in on a 5150 hold -- and TMZ has pics of the disaster zone.

Piles of of garbage, ashes, cosmetics, and even a destroyed smoke alarm can be seen in the photos taken inside Amanda's room.

As we reported, Bynes was booted from the posh hotel last Thursday for smoking weed in the room and being rude to hotel staff. Bynes denied the allegations, but the photos paint a pretty damning picture.

The damaged smoke alarm pic is noteworthy -- Amanda's parents say she has a history of disabling the devices because she thinks they're watching her.

Bynes ran up a $9,000 bill over 9 days -- and sources at the Ritz tell us the hotel is still tallying up the room damages.

A couple of Tyga's video vixens believe their exposed boobies in his "Make it Nasty" video are worth $10 million (per set) ... because that's the price they just named in their ongoing lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story ... Elizabeth Velasquez and Azia Davies sued Tyga last year, claiming shots of their nipples ended up in his music video ... without their permission. They say they were promised NO nudity.

Now, the ladies have decided on a dollar amount for the alleged xxx-up ... they filed new legal docs in July asking for $10 MILLION EACH (that's $5 MILLION per boob) in punitive damages.

The parents of Amanda Bynes believe she's a substance abuser who has become paranoid, delusional and is draining her bank account ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Amanda's parents filed papers in an attempt to win a temporary conservatorship.  In the docs, they say Amanda has become "extremely paranoid about being watched," and she covers smoke alarms with towels and tapes windows shut to prevent cameras from shooting her.

The parents go on -- Amanda has "profound issues with her body image" and is "obsessed with the fact that she (and others) are ugly."

The parents say Amanda had $4 million in the bank, but is blowing a huge amount of cash -- she spent $1.2 mil in a very short amount of time.  Amanda withdrew $100k on June 4 and another $100k on July 2 and the parents have no idea where the money went, but they mention they believe she spends "a substantial amount" for marijuana and other illegal substances.

The parents say Amanda doesn't connect with reality, telling them she "cabbed it" from New York to L.A.  The parents believe she's homeless.

The documents described what TMZ first reported ... that the parents are hanging their hats on the driveway fire incident to show Amanda is a danger to herself and others.

The court denied the petition for a temporary conservatorship Friday morning, because the judge wanted more info.

TMZ broke the story ... doctors suspect Amanda is schizophrenic.

Wade Robson -- the choreographer who claims Michael Jackson molested him -- is launching his own foundation to help child sex abuse victims through new age healing ... TMZ has learned.

Robson founded a non-profit organization called "Hearts in Our Hands" on July 1 -- registering a domain name and a Facebook page.  

A rep for Robson tells us all the required legal docs haven't been filed yet -- but the group will be dedicated to preventing abuse ... and will take a holistic approach to treating victims.

Translation: a whole lotta meditation and yoga. 

A source close to Wade says the choreographer's gotten deep into yoga himself lately -- and now wants to quit professional dancing forever.

As TMZ previously reported ... Wade is suing MJ's Estate, claiming he was sexually molested by Jackson from the age of 7 to 14.

The Jackson Estate and several family members have dismissed Wade's claims as little more than a money grab.
