Chad Johnson didn't deserve a 30 days in jail after kick ass of his... said the Attorney general of Florida lawyer who told TMZ... Chad punishment does not fit the crime.

We asked FL Atty. Genesis Pam Bondi how she felt any judge Kathleen McHugh throwing the book in Chad after he typed the buttocks of his lawyer to the Court yesterday... and here is the response we got:

"Even if we never condone violence domestic, this event appears to question judicial temperament, not the subject before the Court".
