GUILTY IN DUI CASE
No alcohol for 6 months
Farrah Abraham has only pleaded guilty in the case of Nebraska DUI - and therefore, she is received order to remain without alcohol for six whole months, TMZ has learned. We broke the story... the former MTV star turned porn Queen concluded a plea with prosecutors agreement - and received probation instead of prison stemming from his March arrest.
In the case, Farrah was sentenced to 6 months probation, a $500 fine and was ordered to install an ignition interlock device in his car - one of the machines that requires a driver to submit to a breath test, until the engine will start.
In this case, the judge also required 22 years Farrah do not consume a single drop of alcohol during his probation.
Farrah was initially charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to take a sobriety test - but the charges were dropped under the plea agreement.
