You have filed your child to shoot Me? Nicole Richie claimed a paparazzo has done the unthinkable to LAX... He dropped his own child to the floor to get out his camera and get a shot - and then she shame the guy on Instagram.

Richie posted photos a few hours ago... claiming the man - not a guy TMZ - "dragged his little poor, sweet girl on my flight from New York to Los Angeles."

She continues, "as he got him out of the plane, he dropped his ground floor of LAX that it there, crying her eyes... Just to get his shot. #Heartbreaking #FatherOfTheYear. »

In fairness to the photographer, there is no picture showing the snapper actually drop the child on the ground.

But if N.R. tells the truth... what a d - bag.
