Philip Seymour Hoffman comes out of rehab for a drug problem which turned out of control... a problem, that he desperately wanted to nip in the bud... and it is already back doing a film.
Hoffman - who has struggled with substance abuse - in the past but kicking the habit 23 years fell the car more than a year ago. He tells TMZ started slowly with prescription pills and recently escalated to snorting heroin.
