More strange behavior in Buffalo
TMZ has obtained video appearing on the Amanda Bynes show, walking the streets of Buffalo, NY there are moments, but the strange part... it keeps telling the photographer, "We are not in Buffalo".
The footage was shot by a so-called fan who says he noticed Bynes wander aimlessly... sporting huge sunglasses and a brown wig... and decided to initiate a conversation with it.
The woman never refuse it is Amanda Bynes - but when asked why she is in Buffalo, she repeatedly said the photographer, 'we are not in Buffalo.
We have extended a hand to the Bynes email - but it would not confirm or deny whether she was actually in Buffalo.
If this isn't Bynes in the video... it would certainly be a helluva coincidence - because the Lady in Buffalo is just a striking resemblance to Amanda, she also has the same tattoo on the arm.
