The passenger to masturbate
United Airlines has just been accused of allowing a passenger to masturbate next to a girl of 17 years on its flights last year.
Monica Amestoy - now 18 - filed a lawsuit against au, stating that she flew back to Los Angeles for a high school debate tournament in New York last October when the incident occurred.
According to Amestoy, represented by Gloria Allred, a passenger sitting in the driveway of his exposed his penis him during the flight,... and masturbated.
Amestoy said that she complained to flight attendant repeatedly - and attendant did nothing to stop the man to continue his behavior... it has not been moved, and the passenger has not been addressed somehow.
Amestoy, said that the man stopped briefly to masturbate while attendant was taken in close by, but quickly once attendant left.
According to Allred, the man in question has since been arrested, prosecuted and sentenced in the context of the alleged offence. Allred, said that the man was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
Amestoy sued for negligence, sequestration and intentional infliction of emotional distress - demanding damages and unspecified interests. A spokesman for United Airlines said, «We have received no complaint filed by Gloria Allred.»
