Rihanna his lawyers had run to the Tribunal after a crazy fan was caught walking on the roof of his house... and she fears he is up to no good.
A judge ordered Robert Melanson to stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, his home and his place of business. Melanson has been lurking on the roof of the singer with detailed maps of property in the hand on June 17. It was placed on a psychiatric hold and released two days later.
Rihanna said in its legal papers, she fears for his safety because Melanson is unstable and has a criminal history.
It's scary, because unstable people often throw injunctions in the trash. However, Rihanna is going to try and make permanent the injunction on July 10.
