8: 10 Am PT  Lawyer Chris', Mark Geragos, just told TMZ that the accusation of hit-and-run criminal against his client is "BS" Geragos said Chris gave the other driver, his Virginia driver's license and also gave him an insurance card.

Geragos said Chris has 2 cars, and the testimony of the firefighter health insurance card on which he forked wasn't for his Lamborghini - the Range Rover he was driving. Geragos acknowledged Chris did not have a DL of California, but he said that it is ridiculous to accuse with hit-and-run, because it resets its sufficient identification info.

Chris Brown becomes crazy about the woman whose car he struck last month, yelling at him, ' who do you are, bitch? ''... and it was so bad, Karrueche Tran yelled at Chris, "do not touch it, do not touch him!"

In a written statement to the cops - obtained by TMZ — the victim, said Olga Gure-Kovalenko , after Chris crashed his Mercedes, they fired at the side of the road, came out and they both took pictures of vehicles.

South quickly, things questioned Olga for Chris' driving licence, registration and insurance information.  Karrueche delivered his DL, and Olga said wisely ought to see Chris' DL.   Karrueche said it was the owner of the vehicle if Chris does not need to provide any info.  Olga said she persisted and asked for info Chris'.

When Chris and Karrueche have refused to cooperate, Olga felt that she needed to get a picture of the 2 of them in the case where their separation.  As soon as she broke the image (above), she said that Chris and Karrueche went nuts.

Olga said: "the guy [Chris] tried to catch the camera or me.  I jumped back, the girl [Karrueche] shouted, 'do not touch it, do not touch him!' "

Olga says Chris then started hollering, "you're a slut!  Who do you are, bitch?  Do you think if you flying Mercedes therefore had money, bitch? "

And then Olga says Chris fell, "do you think I am just a black n *** er."

Olga said Chris has continued to shout "slammed a door and then led away fast and noisy."

Olga also says Chris ' bragged about how much money he has and offered up to false registration.

Olga Attorney, Freddy Sayegh said that his client did not know that the driver was Chris Brown at the time of the accident.
